Peppered Strawberry’s founder Lisa understands that the food we eat and the way we live are intertwined. Her empathetic and calm nature has only been strengthened by a love of yoga, meditation and an ethos based in tranquillity; these traits are all evident in her approach to food.
Lisa’s passion for using fresh produce along with her diverse skills means that she can create dishes to suit a range of needs for any retreat. Lisa will provide a varied range of delicious dishes whether the focus of the retreat is for detox or for power and energy.
Based in the French Alps, we have been lucky enough to be a part of some beautiful retreats but we are also happy to travel to other locations.

favorites were the "Mango Fool" and the "Pavlova". Yum! I'm amazed that everything was fresh and home made down to the sesame brittle on the "Mango Fool." I highly recommend Lisa as a chef!
